Office Planet are one of the UK's leading office brokers and hold thousands of rental properties on their database. this industry is highly competitive online and Office Planet were already spending a large monthly amount on PPC and SEO with another agency. when they came to see FTM, we found that despite the big budgets, the PPC was not converting enough leads from the traffic to the site. they wanted a more personal approach and so we worked together to create optimum results for them.
what we did:
we created a new PPC campaign with an objective to increase traffic and decrease costs. despite this being successful, it was clear that the website was not converting a high enough percentage of the traffic. the next step was to create bespoke landing pages with lead forms to generate immediate enquires. we then implemented a simple office search facility on the landing pages, which was a clear and effective way of generating specific properties to match enquiries.
